WBAI 99.5 FM Eco-Logic Radioshow
Our Chief Sustainability Officer Paul Presendieu will be featured on WBAI's 99.5 FM Eco-Logic radioshow with Deivid Elliot of The New Grow Center to discuss the intersection between the State of New York's emerging cannabis industry and our ability to combat climate change. Historically, the cannabis plant has provided a multifaceted benefit through the lens of environmental sustainability, which is an invaluable asset toward our state's forward-thinking ability to execute our 2019 Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, and address needed land conservation efforts, phytoremediation of soil, carbon sequestration, reforestation, sustainable clothing textiles, and our transition away from single-use plastics.
Paul also serves as a Global Ambassador for the United Nations 13th Sustainable Development Goal Climate Action.
